Tony serves as a Real Estate Attorney, providing legal counsel to the firm’s clients on real estate matters including purchases, sales, leases and real estate holding entity structures.
With more than two decades of experience in the legal services industry, Tony offers his clients a truly comprehensive, consultative and supportive experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Tony was Senior Counsel at a nationwide investment management firm, where he supported the firm’s $24 billion agricultural real estate portfolio.
Tony earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas. He is admitted to practice law in Kansas.
Tony lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Dana, and their two children. In his personal time, Tony enjoys scuba diving, travel, boating, camping and cooking. He is also a founding member of SevenDays, Inc., and an adult volunteer with Troop 92 in Leawood, Kansas, and the Boy Scouts of America Heart of America Council.
